JP Turner Plumbing was built with a different goal in mind, one that goes beyond just fixing pipes.
Justin Turner didn’t originally plan to become a plumber. After high school, he worked across multiple trades, granite, electrical, tile, sheetrock, learning the industry from the ground up. Plumbing was the one trade he initially avoided, but after being encouraged by his older brother, he gave it a shot and stuck with it.
What started as a way to pay the bills turned into something more.
After years in the industry, Justin noticed a pattern: long hours, high turnover, and companies focused more on profit than people. That experience shaped the foundation of JP Turner Plumbing.
